what we want is a good software support

that's what they want all owners of a phone umi

useless to have a phone with the latest materials but with a lousy software like that used, in umi.

I agree with loco026 , we want quality and a good software, no need a umi rome with only  2 multitouch points ! or an Emax with good specifications but kitkat too failed, the bad cameras on all umi phones, if you want to keep your fan club and especially grow, it is essential to improve all this , even sell a little more expensive !
There are good things , the Emax is not so bad, joyroot is very fine, just do what it takes otherwise it will not work ! PLEASE !!!
