UMI PLUS not charging

Hello..
I have a problem with charging my Umi Plus.
When I'm plugging in the cable the LED is lightning (red), phone is detecting charger but charging current is 0.24A and the battery is not charging.
Can someone suggest solution to this?
Battery is OK, I think there is some problem with charging elements on PCB.
Did the soft reset but did't work.

I wondering how you check charging current also how do you know that the battery is fine??

Battery can be charged outside the phone
For current measurment I used USB Tester for Testing Voltage/Current/Capacity

Battery can be tested outside phone only if you know what you need check for. Did you bypass battery battery controller unit? Also voltage can be stored in battery but this doesn't mean that under load battery can supply correct current and voltage.

If your phone is still working correctly I can suggest check USB port, USB cable and charger. In this situation you can use 5V, 1A or 2A charger to test charger itself. We came cross few times that alien objects were stuck in USB port or USB cable connector.

Yes, i bypass battery unit.. Disconnected from Main board.. Charged battery directly from charger.
phone is working. So battery capacity and current should be ok.
When everything assembled and connecting usb-c cable, red led is activating (like when charging) a prompt is on LCD that charger is connected.
I have checked with few cables and chargers. Also cleaned usb port (with battery deatached) with contact cleaner.

This highlighted unit should always get very warm under charging.

Thank U for picture.. Will check if there is some voltage going in and out. Need to make more measurments.
below this element are measuring points, checked there but no voltage there

Please switch off phone and charge. Use USB charging voltage, current flow adapter to monitor charging process.
Also you can use SPFT and flash complete ROM incase any system bugs.

I brought mine last 5 months I just plugged it on charge later it indicate red light as charging I press the power button to use the phone and the phone don't show work the notification light off and up to now I can't charge it or on the phone the phone is just dead
