3 days ago I charged my Phone from 8 PM to 6AM but the battery precentage showed 86% and stuck on that level.. So I tried to find what caused that.. I cahnged to another charger but it also same... The indicator that my phone is charging besides the led indicator is I can feel the electric wave on the back of the phone. But sice that day I cant feel it and just shows the red led indicator that indicated it still charging. Then I try to hang my phone and now my I can feel the wave again. Anyone know how to solve this? I have tried to use the original cable with the original adapter but I still hav to hang the phone to charge it...

Fast charging needs creat more heat, this is nothing unusual.
But from your explanation I can see that on different charger / cable "electric shock" not existing which is showing that the phone it self is fine. This probably is caused by faulty or damaged USB cable.

too much charging problem even in my case and huge problem is whenever phone is charging and I receive an incoming call or I make a call- I experience a Current/Shock to my ears. Literally Electric current/Electric shock is felt. Too much worried that my phone may blast or it may be a huge risk. DX.com denies to help!

I already tried with different charging cables, and adapters of different phone but doesn't work, as charging till 100% takes 6-7hrs..I even tried Dash Charger of Oneplus3T, it works pretty well but again same issue of heating and Electric current!
