Mms size limit

I own a umidigi z pro and the max size off an mms is 300k, why is the limit that low?
I live in Sweden and My carrier doesn't have that low limits (if they have a limit at all??), Wouldn't at least 1.5mb be moore suitable?

It's convenient when I send pictures, and i don't like to use some program to do what the phone should be able to do from start
