Hi,

I just receive the Hammer S and I have a problem.

I can't charging the battery or connecte the phone to my laptop.

And I don't have any other object with usb C so I can't see if it's a wired problem or if the problem is from the phone..

Any body can help ?

Thanks.

Hello,
Since your issue is most likely caused by the defection of the USB cable, you should try with another one. You probably can buy a USB-C cable in a local store. If you have time to wait, you can buy one on eBay for a dollar.

Hi Poumpi,
USB input defective? The fastest solution, and often the most effective, is to make sure the USB port of your device is clean or not there are any manufacturing defects. Often the smartphone does not load because there is contact between the charger and the phone, or this contact is not stable.
You will not have to do is turn off the device, remove the battery and so very gentle with something very small, such as a toothpick, move the lever that you find into the USB port. I recommend you be careful! Reinsert the battery, turn on the device and try to load it. Nine times out of ten this procedure will work.

Hi,

I try to do what you say ladrodibestiame, but the cable does not seem set to my phone.

I can remove it easily. I will try tomorow with another cable, but I think that will not change anything.

Thanks.

Just try that new cable. If the connector of your phone doesn't seem to be damaged, the cable change will probably solve your problem. Of course, the connector of a brand new phone can't be dirty or oxidized. What I say is not 100% of course. There's a little chance but the USB connector of your phone still can be damaged.

Hi,

Hum, i have a new problem.

Now I succes to charge the phone... Almost.. I have the icône  meaning the phone charging and when I go in the setting > battery, I can see "charging on AC". But I left the phone for 1 hour and I stay to 27% if my battery.

I don't understand where is the problem ?

You mean the percentage indicator doesn't move from 27% or what's the problem?

My charging is also not function, it detects that it has power, but is not charging, charged it more than 2 hours in standby modus and no percentage is added. I have a EU charger

Such issues are almost always caused by bad cables or charger heads. Fortunately, they are not product specific but the cheapest accessories and you can buy them anywhere where mobile phones/accessories are being sold. Another solution is to initialize an RMA at the reseller and wait for weeks to get a new charger/cable for free by their warranty coverage. That's your choice.
To ensure a longer lifetime for your battery, I recommend to buy a stabilized voltage charger head with not more than 1A charging current, even if your phone is able to charge the battery with higher current. The faster charging, the shorter battery lifetime.

Hi,

Thank for you repply. Yes bencebacsi it was the problem, but I understand now (I think) because I can charge my phone with USB connection to my laptop, but not on AC.

I try with another charger and that work.

Hope that will work for you too Defropi.
