mobile data not working

I bought Umi Zpro and everything is working fine except for mobile data. Wifi is ok.
When i start up the umi zpro after he has finished starting up: mobile has stopped appears.
Also when i'm making a phonecall the message' conditional connection'(translated from dutch) appears.

Could you tell me what problem i'm facing and where can i download the manual of umi z pro.

Did you update it tot 7.1.1? Only mobile data? Is your provider correct? Did you try change your phone tot performance?

Ik heb nog geen upgrade naar 7.1.1. Met mobiele data bedoel ik op internet gaan wanneer wifi uitstaat. Staat nochtans aangevinkt bij apparaat en mobiele gegevens bij de provider, telenet in dit geval.
Ik wacht nog even op extra input vooraleer naar een upgrade te gaan of iets anders. Heb wel eens gekeken via wifi button bij dit toestel of er al een upgrade te verkrijgen was maar geen update voorlopig.

Ik heb nog geen upgrade naar 7.1.1 gedaan. Met mobiele data bedoel ik mobiele gegevens ophalen wanneer je op internet gaat zonder wifi

just restart the phone and see if it works. Try a factory reset i had that problem

Android 7 is containing "do not disturb" at calls that why you getting icon on the top bar. Mobile data will not work until you are connected and in range to Wi-Fi.
Please switch off Wi-Fi firstly and wait few seconds.
Also please check APN for your network provided (settings - more - mobile networks - access point names - add new one or modified with network settings.
If you using third party network provider (virtual network) you need activate roaming option (settings - more - mobile network - data roaming)

Since roaming in the EU is free try roaming.Just to rule out provider issues.
