Umi plus e not charging 100%

Hello. Im a New owner of an Umi Plus E. My Phone never charges 100% even if i have it connected to the charger all night. Everything is closed, WiFi, data, apps  but it never charges up to 100%.what Can i do For it? Thanks

Do you have the lastest one firmware??? If no update to latest and do master reset from recovery menu.
I have no problem and everything works fine.

Last night it charged up to 100%. I tried ur suggestion at another post to Turn the cable from the other side and it fully charged. Ill do it again this night and i Will tell u!
