Hi! Anyone knows How can I solve this issue? it is anoying! All the time When I take the phone out of the pocket, screen is on and a message saying that "too many attempts, try 25 seconds". Seems Umi Z PRO is trying to unlock using finger print on my pocket. Sorry for my baaaaad english!
Hi, I would like to help:
You can keep in the pocket with the screen facing outside the pocket (not nearby the skin) or the fingerprint scanner is damaged, you must ask your reseller for a replacement/refund/repair.

I think proximity sensor is not working property. If I put the phone on the table, put something covering proximity sensor and try to unlock with fingerprint, it unlocks normaly. So... I guess my skin (leg in this case), it is being recognize as "finger" trying to unlock the device when it is in my pocket... I'm going to flash my device and will see if it will solve this issue.
