Camera glass (dual) broken.

Hi,

Is there a solution to fix the glass of the dual camera on the back of the Umi Z Pro?
One of the lenses are broken and I want to repair this.
Is it possible to buy this part and repair it myself?

jep... have the same problem, too! mine came cracked out of the box. I contacted UMIDIGI several times, Umi China, Umi spain, umi france, ... and you know what? NO ONE ANSWERED!!!
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!

now I bought a replacement camera glass from Aliexpress for Umi Z (Z Pro is not yet available) and I hope I can drill a hole for the second camera because the normal Z has single camera.You can open the phone carefully by removing the 2 screws on the bottom

Yes the parts and repairs is a big problem with this phones. When I can buy this part I can proberbly try to replace this lens cap of the dual, but I must receive first an answer of the technical deparment. I hope that I can repair it quick, so Umidigi, please help me with this.
