Hello,

I have UMI Plus E since mid January. I am having issues with the signal..

What is happening is that a lot of times when others call me they cannot reach me. They get a message the my phone is not responding (it's like I have it turn off).

A lot of times while I am speaking on the phone the person on the other end cannot hear me.

Please help..

This happens when your operator has not correctly setup their network or using national roaming or you live at border between 4G/3G/2G coverage and your phone switch too often between this three types of network. Try to setup manually only 2G network to test because since I have this phone never happened this situation. I know what you are talking about before in my ZE551ML Zenfone 2 happened the same. And do not forget to update your firmware of course to the latest one.

I am updated to the latest firmware. It's not a solution to always use 2G..

This will be happening if you using third party network provider (virtual)
