Which version of Android 6 is stable?

I have been reviewing the posts about the OS and it seems that the March ROM had issues. Tried? Many posts seem to say that the 28 Feb ROM is the one to go back to. So is the Feb ROM relatively stable?

starting versions may be bit stable .. jan 2017 .. most of the reviews using old versions
