If you don't want send back this phone for repair or refund you can fix this issue applying screen glass protector. But of course you need clean screen before applying protector.
Also please contact seller to see what they can propose to you.

Hello MarcinP,
As mentioned on my post sent "20:36"...

Having got a ZPro and in the process of returning it...

As such I will repeat; I am in the process of returning.

I also disagree with your wording that it can be "fixed" by a screen protector. This is not "fixing" the issue just hiding it. What you suggest is more like a work-around.... beside one should not need to purchase something else to overcome the issue with the display.

if you want a good and fast phone for a low price yes you should buy. I had a umi c1, umi plus, umi z and now iam waiting for my umi z pro. I only have one problem with umi z but the seller refund me.-
This phone maybe will go to EU but will take time and will be more expensive. Why dont buy in HK warehouse?

it costs me 10€ to send them back. They give my money back and i bought the umi z pro
Taxes you need to ship with a standard method to not fall on customs.

Having got a ZPro and in the process of returning it I would not get one unless you can forgive its faults - most can be fixed by updates. The only ones not are the quality control issues with its screen.
I see TechUtopia has just released a video about it... https://youtu.be/M54uSq4pPkI?t=221
He does mention about the lines not being visible when you look directly at it with the screen on. He fails to mention however you can see them (even with screen on) when outdoors.
Just a shame Umidigi has such poor poor poor quality control issues.

Its such a shame that Umidigi are making phones like this as there is potential. I could live with the software bugs but having 2 lines on the screen that is visible, is just not good enough!.. apart from that its a really good-looking phone!
I would not recommend buying it from anyway simply because of this - well unless you do not mind having the lines.

Sounding like Apple, but even their closest competitor, aka Samsung, won't say it like that dude.

Read my comments in post #9 regarding the gyros here..http://community.umidigi.com/thread-7155-1-1.html.

I have (had?) hopes for the Z Pro...But until Umidigi can stand stable on one leg to kick assess high enough with the other leg, don't try.

No company has ever had a loyal following because of their customer support attitude. I hope Umidigi can be the first to achieve that (unless you intend to  restrict your market to your own Chinese locals, it's a great big world out there)...
