UMI Plus Screen Issue

Hi everybody, i need help pleeeeease!!!
My UMI Plus (bought 2 weeks ago on Aliexpress) just started having a screen issue as you can see in this video i uploaded on Youtube:

i'm not sure if the problem is related to some software issue or to the hardware (if so, should i buy a new display or first of all open my device and maybe control that all connections are intact? where can i evenctually find instructions to do it?)

i also took a screenshot pushing together volume-DOWN and turn-off-screen and this is the incredible result:



everything seems good (not like actually is)!!

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) to check is this software failure. Also you can use SPFT to flash your system.
Please follow this instruction. Please skip 6th step to overwrite drivers of tp.

If this doesn't help please contact seller for warranty.
