By my opinion there is nothing weird with this invoice. Shop tried put minimum but still realistic price of device to minimise customs cost in case they will be looking for vat and customs charges.

No, it's not legal, but who cares? Not me anyway.

I got my tracking number for my Z Pro, coupple of days ago, but nothing has happened yet (No tracking status), it's been shipping out from the Netherlands for some strange reason (Bought it via Umididgi official Aliexpress store)

Normally the tracking status takes more time then where the item is. You just need to wait. The phone should go from China to Netherlands and it goes from there..
