Touchscreen problem UMI MAX

Hi

I have UMI MAX and this week, the touchscreen, is notworking correctly, some part of it isn't working this makes the phone almostimpossible to use, the part that dosent work is about 1cm from top, and i about 1 cm of the screen that dosen't work over the shorter part of the screen

Phone is only 5-6 months
What can i do?
