Umi Plus stopped charging (no LED) after four months of use, DX redirected me here for support...Is anyone from Umi following this thread? Where do we send the phones to get them repaired?

Since I cant post new thread and ask can somebody help me if know answer.I am sorry for bothering you here, but I could not make thread in umidigi forum.. Problem is that my Umi Plus went off its power and after I plugged on charger couple minutes later it wont start or give signs of life. Charger and cable works fine (checked on other phone and usb tester), also power socket is okay. Also I noticed that my LED indicator is not red while on charger. I left phone on charger for night and its still not working. Also I contacted gearbest (i bought about 1,5 years ago) and asked them to pay for fix since my warrany expired half year ago and they refused. So since they refused to check it and in my country there is no sevice that can fix Umi/Umidigi, I opened by myself and checked battery voltage. Voltage was low 3.18V so is it possible that USB charging board is broken or malfucntioned? Also I tried to manually charge the battery and it still cant power on (charged until 3,9V). Is it possible to umi Plus prvent powering off itself if usb board is broken? I hope that I explained much as I can. Waiting for your reply.
