Bad HiFi Sound

\n\nHello everyone, I noticed that the Hifi sound is bad in the Umi Plus,this  Is too noisy, I think is a driver/configured problem, please Umi could you fix or to get better sound . Thanks

Turn off the audio enhancements and use a 3rd part equalizer.

Can you please elaborate, sound is bad through speaker, or using earphones and what kind of earphones.

Please describe in detail how the sound is bad, low volume, high volume, at all volume levels, kind of music tested and all audio related experience, hifi audio is very important feature for this phone and people may want to buy this phone just for this feature.

I've got good experience wiht Viper4Arise (Viper4Android). If your phone is rooted, you could flash it, and you'll have the choice of some optimations to get better an deeper sound (its optimated for Mediatek)

\n\nHi. I've got my Umi Plus today. Sound from speaker is distorted and no bass. On the earphone sound level is low even at higher volume. Also sound from microphone are missing mid and high freq. and others have dificult to anderstand me during calls. Is any chanse to be a software issue or it is hardware problem. Thanks
