Hi,
To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

If that doesn't help, I suggest you to contact your reseller to (according to their warranty policy) make your phone repaired or replaced. There's a rubber piece with 2 holes between the sensor and the front face of the phone and that part might be moved from its position, covering the sensor. However, that's just one possibility, so if it's not a software bug at you, your phone should be checked by a repairman.
