The touch buttons on the bottom of screen no longer work
is there a solution to this or is it now just a paperweight I have hammer s since Dec 2015 all was fine until now if I touch any of the buttons it jumps to whatever is above that button the the phone freezes and is unusable
I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option to lock out a possible software issue. That process will erase your user data.

If that doesn't help, you should contact your reseller and request a replacement.
