problemi con app movnow plus

salve sono in possesso di un hammer s e non riesco ad installare l'app movnow plus che gestisce un bracciale fitner tw64. ho provato tutte le soluzioni suggerite dalla google, ho contattato il loro servizio assistenza, ho rispristinato più volte il telefono ma mi da errore 504 . ho provato a installare l'app scaricandola al di fuori di playstore ma non si sinstalla...avete quelche suggerimento.
p.s. ci sono per caso novità per l'installazione della app della vodafone ?
