why dont fix that .my power key is damage becuse screen on ...

The A7 has no 'lift to wake' feature, that's why the Settings menu reports null when searching for it. There's nothing to fix, you just searched for a non-existing feature. On the other hand, you can wake up / unlock your phone with the fingerprint scanner, no need to use the power button.
