hi what exactly do you mean with check for call mic ?
where can i check and change if possible ?
my z2 pro has this mic issue since i bought it.

still no answer no solution for this mic issue on my z2 pro it looks like RIP Z2 PRO and RIP UMIDIGI. I will have to switch to another competitor - there are a lot of them whose smartPHONES even can make PHONECALLS and GOOGLE Assistant work well.

After UMIDIGI Super, Plus, Plus E, Z,...the last one of the family is the smart(NOT PHONE) Z2 PRO flagship RIP bye bye Umidigi

Hi, You can try to do the following:
1. Open the Phone app, tap the 3-dot menu button in the top right corner, then select Settings.
2. Select Accessibility, and disable Noise reduction. Now try to make a phone call.

to 2.: in german you can find it at "Bedienungshilfen" and then turn "Störungsunterdrückung" off


this fixed the problem for my little brother, but not for long.
It worked for a few days, but now it started again and nobody can hear him during calls.
I also recognized that restarting the phone sometimes helps but it also resets the settings for the noice canceling which is pritty anoying.
He doesnt have a clue when the problem occurs and when not, but im pritty sure it has something to do with the noise caneling option.

anyone got some suggestions?

p.s.: The support is ridiculous....

I tried 20181019 but it doesn't solves the mic problem. Still Mic 1 isn't working, and Mic 2 is the  ...

did you use a tool to get this information ?
which one please ?
is there a way to "change" the used mic ?

I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME.THSNKS IN ADVANCE.
I USED FORMAT + DOWNLOAD WHILE FORMATING A ROM IN Z PRO.
AFTER FINSIHED UPDATE . ONLY ONE SIM IS ACTIVE AND OTHER SIM IS NOT SHOWN. ALSO RIGHT HAND CORNER UNACTIVE INDICATION IN RED COLOR

Sorry for my very late response, but the mic issue was solved with replacing the mic, and now my Z2 Pro works smooth ans silky

I must point out that since the replacing of the mic, that cost me additional 36,36 USD, the phone is working exactly as it is described and as I expected when I purchased it exactly one year ago from today. Thanks Umidigi once again, and yeah, I'm still waiting for the reimbursement of the above mentioned money for the mic replacement ;)
