My One Pro phone also died after 3 months, trie ...

i have the same issue with my one pro. the phone went off and refuse to turn on after 4 month it only show red light when connected to charger

In case there is a moderator/administrator looking at this thread (and I doubt it, unfortunately), here's a list of issues/suggestions that I believe should be implemented:

1.  In the notification status bar, allow for notification icons from various apps to be shown next to time (to the left of the notch). This has already been fixed in the Umidigi F1.
2.  Update the security patch. Most important.
3.  In Notification center (when you pull down once from the top), the space between Quick Toggles (wifi, bluetooth, etc) is too close to the Date and Settings icons below them, thus making it very difficult to successfully tap on the toggles.
4.  Ability to customise the notification LED, or at least reduce its interval or increase its glowing duration. 4 seconds between blinks is too long and easily missed.
5.  Upgrade to Android 9 Pie. (Important for users but also for the reputation of Umidigi as an internationally-oriented phone brand)

If anyone has other suggestions, please add them below. Hopefully Umidigi will find another moderator for this phone model, as it's obvious that MarcinP is out.

Hi i know this is not the right thread, pls divert this to right thread if there is any, couldn't able to find one here thou. im new so i cant create a thread as well:

i just bought an Umidigi one phone and it died within few hours, like literally within few hours of use.. had battery almost 50% when it dead.. no sound, no screen, phone is off as i cant reach my sim network on call. but when i put it on charge it shows red notification light on .. thats it ... nothing else.. Dead..
plain DEAD...

please help.. only been barely few hours.
im getting so frustrate and sad and sadder

I've just received a new update, version number:
UMIDIGI_ONE_V2.0_20180815_2019626-1349 (162.72MB).
The description says: Minor bug fixes.

Has anyone noticed anything new or improved?

Hey Umidigi! where do I get warranty service?? Your official store on ALIEXPRESS doesn't respond to any of my messages... and your technical support couldn't help me at all so now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't power on and it is still under warranty period!!

After 6 months of usage, my Umidigi One Pro's touch screen stopped working. It was bought on January 2019. Is there any fix for it or should I go for screen replacement?
