UMIDIGI Z1 Pro user experience survey

As for Play Store it has never worked for me and that is because of the UMI OS I guess.
If you download apps from UMI's own store they download and install fine, only trouble is they are not the latest versions most of the time.
What I do instead is just wait Google Play Store, it takes some time but it usually finishes all downloads.

This may seem like a stupid question but how do you know if you have a phone with Umi OS or Original Rom?

Go to Settings --> About phone and you'll see.

Want survey? here is my survey after a year of using this phone.
1. Unfortunalty I was wrong to go to UMI OS - it's a crap
2. Google play services - working, not working - scrap
3. Fingerprint sensor working but not working with my bank app (security issue) - crap
4. GPS - after while of workin lost most of the satellites signal, work again, and lost signal - crap
5. Bluetooth - interrupts - crap
6. Camera - oh my god! This is real crap.
7. System upgrades? - noooooo - crap

Earlier I was using Sony Xperia Z for 3,5 years. Nothing happened. Sorry Umidigi, this phone is crap. For a moment I was thinking about your other phone but then I looked for Z1 pro and no. THX

My Z1 PRO is my first UmiDigi but also my last one.
A phone with such specs as the Z1 PRO should receive regulary software/security updates. (android 8.1)
This is apparently not the case at UmiDigi.
Insteat providing good software/security update they choose to come with other new phone types and customers who bought already
a UmiDigi are left alone and receives not the services they actualty should receive

We never provided informations of infinity updates. All our phone receiving updates until system is free of bugs.
Anyway Umidigi Z1 pro received customised software base on latest Android system which was available during releasing in to market.
