Hi,
I'm having problem with starting my Hammer S (Android Lollipop) - i get the UMI welcome screen, and after that it is either a "Optimizing app xx of xx" (the total number of apps varies from 14 to 105), or a yellow, red and then black screen.
After the screen turns black, it is impossible to restart the phone unless i take out and put back in the battery. I tried a factory reset, but it didn't help
Any suggestions?

Hello,

Maybe a system app is damaged. Try to reflash your phone with SP Flash Tool. LINK
If you have Rootjoy recovery on your phone, you even can install the ROM downloaded in the Rootjoy Windows app from recovery.

If you made it in a different way, flash with SP Flash Tool choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option. After flashing, boot your phone without a memory card and SIM card inserted at the first time.
If you're still unsuccessful, you phone might have a hardware defection.

Hi Markob,

Flashing with Flashtool finished correctly?. And after flashing, the problem is exactly the same?,

As a last chance I suggest you to flash your phone choosing th 'Format All + Download' option. That will completely erase the flash memory of your phone before flashing and you may lose the IMEI numbers. If that happens, you can restore them with this tool.If after a perfectly successful flashing process you still experience the same issue, that can mean a hardware defection of the flash memory chip of your phone. In that case you should contact your reseller for a replacement. That defection is unrepairable.
