I got a UMI C Note today, but when I put my SIM card inside, it asks me my PIN code. I enter it but after there isn't any touch to validate the PIN code I wrote... So nothing happen and it is impossible to unlock the page. I join a photo of the page. Can someone tell me if it is a programm error or if there is a way to unlock it that I don't know ?

This is stystem bug.
Please update to latest available firmware (settings - about phone - wireless update)
To use this sim card on current firmware you can put this sim card to different phone and remove pin code then umi c never ask you for pin code.
