[HELP] Display Black Umi Plus

I bought my Umi plus 3 days ago. After recharging, it is black screen. That even opens it normally, normal, more only with black screen. I even made a flash rom. But it continues with black screen. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Did you flash with all partitions checked!?
Did you try other ROMs too?

If you bought three days ago and didn't manipulate with phone you need contact to seller for warranty as maybe screen connector is disconnected or something else.

I have the same problem. It's not the hardware. It is something inexplicable so far. I received my phone and the same day I updated via OTA to 7, made the process all right, when it started it was this black screen. I was able to flash for the latest version of ROM 7 as Firmware Upgrade and then again as Download only and then it solves the problem, but every time I turn the device off or on again, the black screen happens. The device is a bullet, very fluid when it is without the black screen, does not appear any problem. UMI leaves us on hand with these buggy ROMs. It's very frustrating, I begin to understand why people buy iPhone, they pay dearly but have no headache. I discovered a way to see the screen, to be able to turn off the device to make the flash, connect via USB on the pc and take a print from the screen, go in the file manager by the pc, Pictures folder and then Screenshot, to see. Unfortunately, umi made this phone with multiple display models and forgot to ensure ROM compatibility with all of them.  Same issue with umi London's touchscreen, and maybe others that i didn't own

Dude, I already did all this procedure. But still the same thing remains. I am frustrated with the Umi brand, in Brazil several brasieliros have bought. And they have the same black screen problem.

Hello Friend. I have the same problem. The smartphone came with the rom 6.0, delogo after the update had presntou these black screen defects. Did you solve it?

Yes with all partitions marks. Just tried to do with the last rom 7.0. Do you know if I can return without problems for ROM 6.0? Downgrade?

There should be no problems. Sometimes you need change SPFT setting from firmware upgrade to format + download if you have any problems with downgrading.
