Z pro continues to reboot without reason

I think that in this situation the best will be to use SPFT and flash your phone. You can uncheck user data and try previous firmware. Or if you want comeback to Android 6 you need wipe all data from phone and use firmware upgrade option.

I have a similar problem. My Umidigi Z1 pro keeps restarting itself for no reason. It can reboot itself 70 times in a day. If the mobile is not being moved it is ok, but as soon as I take it and move it a little bit fast it restarts. Only walking with the phone in the pocket it is enough for the mobile to reboot. No idea why

Sounds like be hardware fault. Maybe something is loose inside.

I had this problem with Umi Diamond. Reboots was caused by a program of weather information (https://play.google.com/store/ap ... limate.clock.widget)... Probably reboots when app try to get information in internet...
I suggest you do a clean install, test if working without reboots before install any app. Then install apps one by one and test until to discover what app is causing random reboots...
If reboots without any app, could be a hardware problem (faulty battery?).. You can use logger apps to discover something..

I am having the same problem with my umidigi z pro restarting very frequently. I saw that an admin previously said that an update would fix this issue so does anyone know if that update has been released or of any other fix to the problem?
