UMI Z: battery expansion + front cam error + QUESTION?

also I, like other users, I've had a brilliant experience with my new UMI Z.
The battery seems to be going to explode.
The side buttons are no longer pressed because of the aluminum shell that does not match the deformed display.
The sim cart can not be pulled out easily.
He gets more than hell and the battery can last for only 3-4 hours.
In addition, every now and then, it smells like burns coming from the phone.
Even the front camera has stopped working. If I switch from the rear cam to the front camera, it locks the camera and sometimes it crashes, and sometimes it returns error on the dispaly.










I have already written to TomTop for the warranty or the refund, but they do not want to proceed because I did not buy the phone directly on their site.

Question: Is it possible to downgrade one OTA? If yes, is it possible to downgrade in manually mode with a zip file?

As you mentioned all this happened since battery expanded so any OTA, FOTA, SPFT not help as this is hardware fault. Definitely you need stop using phone, dissemble phone to prevent for further damage and wait for battery to be available online.
