Problem when trying to activate the home screen

Hello everybody, I'm an Italian owner of the Umidigi C Note and I've got a problem with this smartphone. When I push the home button, like opening the application's list, going quickly to home menu and for other things, it works fine. When I push the same button immediately after closing the screen with the on/off button, it takes me very quickly to the home screen, but when I push the on/off button and then I don't activate the smartphone for a few seconds, when I push the home button my smartphone takes so much time (5-6 seconds) to activate itself. What's the problem? Help me, please!

I've forgot to say that a window saying "UI System is not responding" appeared for three times.

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
And then got to settings - about phone - wireless update and check for updates.

Even when someone is calling me I can't answer quickly for this problem how can I fix it? Maybe I have to wait for an update?

Please use SPFT and flash you device with latest available firmware.
