Your problem is that you want hear something else (different answer) but currently status is not changed for android 7.0 upgrade for umi plus E.

Forget Android 7.0 it no longer comes to this phone, we were fooled with the promise for December and will not be past 6 months that will update. After him four new phones have gone out and the liars will not even look at Plus E.
Sorry, but I I've stopped believing in Santa Claus for a long time.

But it is importand to keep Plus E stable and without bugs or security patch. Their support Umi SUPER so I hope maybe end of summer to keep this fone updated to ANDROID 7.  I hope for higgeh version like 7.1 or 7.1.2 :-)
This fone will be abandoned end of year 2017 (This is my opinion).  I think this fone is no so popular like UMI Plus, they didnt sale so much pieses compare to UMI Super or UMI Plus. This is tax for many models released by this company.
