Update impossible - stuck in android bootlogo

Hello Forum, today I got my Umi Plus.I made the OTA-Update to Nougat, but I didn' t got the last update from 20170412 so I decided to make the update with the SD-Card.
That didn't worked. The System stoped every time.

So I tried the SPFT way.
I had no driver issues and installed the Image with Option Firmware upgrade.

But every time I get stucked in Bootscreen after the update.

I also tried a older versions of the rom but nothing helped.

Also Wiping didn't changed anything.

What else can I do, to get the phone working again?

If I remember correctly that latest OTA is only update (FOTA) so this couldn't work. Now your system is corrupted.
You need use SPFT and flash to latest or any different ROM.

It is alive ...
After the 6th SPFT flash it worked.

Now it runs the latest setup.

After 1 week usage in Holiday, I must say it is an nice phone.
