Bluetooth issues

Hi, One of the main issues i have noticed with Bluetooth is if I connect my Bluetooth headset it doesn't always connect and if it does i can't use it for phone calls. The work around so far I have been using is to restart the phone but its now getting quite annoying as this my main phone. Does anyone know the solution?

Have you tried the app soundabout?
With this app you can control were the sound is going.
I tried it with my smartwatch, the sound was goin to the watch.
With this app i can let  the ringtone go trough the watch and the call trough the Phone.
Lots off options, i have to try it out further, looks a verry handy app..

I had problems with the bluetooth connection in my car. I tried to make calls and sometimes was imposible. I unpaired  the telephone, I deleted all related to UMI Z association and then I paired again. This was 10 days ago and no more problems anymore. Try to do the same.

Thanks. I did that but no difference. i still have to restart the phone otherwise it wont put the call through the headphones. Its such a bizzare thing - i just feel like returning the phone as they havent sorted out their rom even after the a month of launching

Nothing to do with £200 phone - phones cheaper than this even has a stable system. Its the software that they need to stabilise, the hardware i think is fantastic and has the ability to outperform all other phones in the market - only if they make the software fool-proof.

\n\nI have the problem again. When I connect my phone to the bluetooth of my car, I can see the contacts, the music player works perfectly... but I cannot make a call through bluetooth system. The summary of the problem is:

- The telephone connect always perfectly to the bluetooth system.
- If you have rebooted your phone and it is the first time you connect to bluetooth system, you can make calls.
- If you have disconnected your phone from the bluetooth and you have not rebooted it after the disconnection, the next time you connect to the bluetooth it will be imposible to make calls. Then the only way to make calls through bluetooth is doing a reboot.

So it is clear that it is a software issue. Please UMI take it into account for the next update because it is terrible annoying.

I have noteced since 2 weeks ago is that phone did not connect automaticay to my car kit. When I do this connection manually the phone is connected to car kit but I can not use it in conversation- only multimedia and contacts are available. After restart the phone - first connection witt car kit doesn't have any problem. After that the situation repeats. I tryed to make update of software several times but software version remains the old one and i can not make update with newer version. What may be the problem, can you advise please.

Have the same issue with my Umidigi Z Pro an latest official firmware.
Connects the car handfree via bluetooth, but the audio output/input does not go to the handsfree.
