Dont buy UMI.....
Sorry guys, it supose to be my second UMI.....

I bought a UMI Plus E, on ALiexpress Official Store, and my phone is in costumes for clearence....

All I need is an Invoice, that UMI, wont send me... with outit I cant clearence the phone...
There's is already an open dispute.... and this guy (  zouxiaojiao@91umi.com ) from the Umi Official Store, is just joking arroung sending me fake invoices, that I cant use....


Already tryed main contact on UMI website.... dont work... skype, they dont replay.....

You're kid , because you're blaming. I'm In Europe now . You should find solution not keep blaming UMI .

Do you know that only buyer is taking full responsibility of his country roles, customs, etc.
So why you blame Umi now if you didn't check all roles before ordering.
Why you didn't try with as you called "fake"  invoice.
How can you say so much about umi saying nothing about your own lack of importing roles.
Every customer taking responsibility of printing screenshot of his invoice or buying confirmation.
Also you can use your bank account statement to prove to customs what you payed for parcel

I bought by Gearbest. They didnt send me an correct invoice either but then i went to their online chat and asked the service personnel if they could sent me a correct invoice and they posted on my email.  they were very pollite and very quick.

I blame UMI, because, I need and invoice.  Its so hard to get an invoice?
It's UMI responsability to provide the invoice, that by the way, is the law in any country... China is no diferent.

So... for may untherstanding... you're saying that people at UMI, are to busy to attend correctly his customers??????

The thing is.... if I send a proper invoice... I will pay the taxes and thats it... I got my phone....
If I dont send a proper invoice.... I pay higher taxes, transport, and a fine......   so UMI, dont pay any taxes at all...

In my country... this is called a SCAM

Unfortunatly... I tryed the same....   my first replay from UMI, was 10 days after and after I open a Dispute on Aliexpress.
And because was an Official Umi Store, I'm trying to talk to them, so this can be solved.... but no one seames to care about.

Is mandatory by law in any country to provice an invoice when selling something.....
UMI Official Store, just dont send me any invoice........

And its a costom problem???????

All this replays, just make me belive, and of course all other costomers.. that UMI is not a company to trust....

That thing, dont even resemblanse to an invoice...
That fake invoice, is going to make me pay higher taxes.....

You can edit the invoice. put it 100 USD.
