UMi products are not sold in the USA or in Columbia, so that's a question why UMi should have FCC IDs. Since UMi phones are officially sold in Europe, CE certifications are available and the CE certification type number is printed on the back of the phones, on the packaging box and on the user's manual as the EU rules require it.
To #serrucho: Hope you don't think that, European citizens would use carcinogenic devices and anyway not FCC IDs but the SAR values talk about radiation. They are Head: 0.323 W/kg and Body: 0.807 W/kg at the UMi Plus.
