Camera not working ... app fail !!

hello to all,

My UMI today did a strange fing, camera does not work.

It says that i need to release all app that are in use of camera ou even flashlight.

Unistall several apk, wipe cache, wipe app camera and flashlight.

Nothing !!

Need help !!

Still no change of getting camera working ...
After several restarts, firmware upgarde, reset ..

Two or 3 times went to work .. but now it wont work.

Can any on tell me if in FACTORY menu i can fix?

After se ...

clear all the background apps via central button and power off the phone.Then power on and when the phone starts go to camera apk immediately and open it.I faced the same problem with you.My phone is umi plus e.I don't know if the problem is hardware or software but i solved the problem with that steps.

Does your flashlight desapear from status bar?

Even in new android, camera icon does not show in home screen.
