[HELP] Many problems on the UMI Z

\n\nHello, i just receive this phone yesterday and i have many problems..

-The connection 3G/4G is soo bad ! i change it with the dial and it's the same problem.Connection crash every 2 secondes ! How it be possible ! ?LOOK PICTURES PLEASE ! 2 seconds of difference

-The quality of pictures is very bad..........

- Same for the Focus..

-Lagging on "Free" connection ( It's a french telecom )

-Finger Print lagging so hardly !

-Battery % lag too ! It was 90 and after 2 minutes 70 % xD
-Error SIM disconnected  ( Solution --> Restore your phone " in setting " and say thanks UMI ! )

-Not possible to send SMS/MMS
-Turbo Download not working , only Wifi... ( OK with the SIM1 but NOT WITH SIM 2 IN 3G )
-Wifi activated without my agreemen-Notification bar randomly pulling down


-Data don't want to be activate ( -->need to restart the phone !!!!! )

Hi. I have some problems too, after I started phone for first use...I had 13/01/2017 software version...I reinstalled it to 16/01/2017 and things work properly... Try reinstall too!

I would suggest to instal the lastest version of ROM either by OTA or by clean installation. I recommend performing a factory reset after the latest OTA just to be sure.

- Apps error might be related to older ROM, try upgrading it to the newest version or do a clean installation.
- The camera quality is already discussed in many topics in this forum. Mainly the average quality of photos and bad focusing. We hope this might be adressed in one of the future software updates.

I received my phone a 7 days ago. Iam testing and the only thing i can say bad its the focus of the camara.. The rest its ok its a fast and great phone

Good phone yes , but at this time it's a lagged phone for many peoples ! This thread show you problems occured

Which connection on 3G or 4G?
Maybe this is your network fault or in house you don't have strong enough signal for data /voice communication and to get good quality of connection phone is changing band.

Quality of pictures hmm.
For some users everything is fine for some no. Could you explain to me how is this possible?
Will you provide some pictures in good light?

Free network provider has some roles which your phone could not support, IMEI number, bands, etc. Of course you can't forget that if you using free network you can't complaining about quality of signal etc and provider can change roles any time as you don't have contract.
We have few users from France which using free network and all change IMEI number to get access to network and this is not device fault

About battery incorrect reading you should wait for another few charging circuits. But make sure you charging your phone from 1% to 100 % without using phone during charging with wi-fi, data, etc switched off and no calls
Please do not let your phone shut down due to low voltage. So make your charge ready to use when you rich 5% and wait for 1%

To send SMS/MMS you need set proper network settings manually as some network not providing this information on sim cards  
You need set APN for MMS (settings - more - mobile networks - access point names
SMS (settings - messaging - three dots in top right corner - settings - text message - SMS service centre

Please read all instruction before complain as only one sim card can support data connection in same time and if you want use sim 2 then you need change settings in(settings - sim cards - mobile data)

Please go to settings - wi-fi - activate wi-fi - three dots on top right corner - advanced - network notification - off

Again this could be network provider fault. Please set proper APN settings etc.
