Notifications problem

Does anyone have problems with the apps notifications?
Mine doesnt ´received anykind of notifications and i still have the marshmallow version.
What seems to be the problem?

There is a lot different things which could cause this issue.
Battery saving mode activate (settings - battery saving mode - battery profiles - my mode)

[size=32.3944px]When you have WiFi you need activate settings - WiFi on during sleep - on. Or in sim data settings - data usage - pick your network - three dots in top right corner - restrict app background data off[size=32.3944px]

You need check background task clear. Settings background tasks clear and check apps which you want to be running in background.
