Umi Plus Battery Problem

Hello!

I am having a battery problem. Since I bought UMI Plus from igogo, 2 months ago, battery was working well, but the phone would shut down without reaching 0%. After sometime, it started doing that at 15%, then raised to 20%, 30%. In the last week, it started to shut down at 70%. In this case, when I plug it afterwords, it starts charging from 0%. Is it a deffective battery? Is it software? How to replace it? Where to find original spare parts?

Hi I think that the battery currently is not available as spare part (only for reseller to repair devices).
Did you contact reseller?
Please update your phone and check what happens then.

Also please use any slow charger 5V 1A to charge phone from 0 to 100 % then test.

Hello!

I did that: I have nougat and I charged it with the charge you said. All the same...
Talked with Igogo and they gave me a 30$ refund to buy a battery... Wich should I buy? Is it the same as UMI Super?

Hi,
got problem with my Umi Super battery its full 100 % but he turn off
try with reset and got same problem
and cn t do hard reset because my power up button don t work in factory mode ???
Please help

If your phone still is under warranty time please talk to seller. Otherwise you can get new battery for around $10

Seller didn't want to help with warranty, where can I purchase the battery for 10 bucks?
