!!! FRP on my Umi Touch, need urgently help !!!!

Hallo everybody,

I have a serious (unfortunately) self generated problem, and I need asap a solution.

I am an happy Umi Touch owner, at the time I got it I generated a Google account so that the kids would be able to install and play their games on it.

The problem is that at that time (perhaps due to stress) I generated the account and apparently inserted incorrectly data ;-( (phone number for pwd recovery).

2 days ago I reinstalled the Umi Touch from scratch as it became slow (1000 games ;-)) but apparently the pwd I inserted at the time was another one.

I already contacted Google customer service today, but apparently they cannot help me....they can+t even reset my pwd.

Since I reinstalled the Touch, I got stuck to the configuration screen where it says that the phone has been resetted and I need my previous account in order to reactivate the phone.

I need urgently my phone back, as on December the 28th I will travel for work, and I must be reachable.

Any suggestion or help?

Well, this is not a phone issue, this is problem with google account.
I can only think of setting up the phone with a different google account. You will lose your contacts and everything else you had, though...

I know that it's not a phone issue.

Unfortunately the FRP it works like Apple Cloud block.

I can't access the phone without the previous pwd (which I don't remember and can't be reset by them) so this means I can't log on to my phone with a new account

I'm literally pissed off.

After trying to solve the same problem with Apple and Yahoo I don't think you'd do any better with Google. They must hear so many people trying to scam them with stolen phones they have a blanket prohibition on resetting passwords.

I just finish to talk to Google customer support and they told me that Umi can reset or remove their frp by resetting the mobile.
I will try to contact Umi personally in order to get my mobile working again

I think you can't do nothing about. You need to flash your phone with SPFT to get access to your phone but you will be not able to recover data from Google account. Please get ROM, SPFT and drivers from here http://community.umidigi.com/thread-3110-1-1.html

Hi MarcinP,

I already re-flashed my mobile several times (using the instruction reported in the link you posted), but without any success.
I left download only, i unchecked Preloader, and followed the instructions but.......same results as the other times I performed this operation.
That´s perhaps why Google Customer Service told me that only Umi can perform this operation.
Perhaps re-flash the NAND?
No idea, I know only that I own this mobile and can proof it (delivery slip, invoice, etc) and would like to have it functioning again.

I think you should check preloader to overwrite partitions and change download to firmware upgrade if this not help change to format all + download after that you need write IMEI numbers with SN writer from this link

Hi guys unfortunately following a wrong gmail password, I turned on the FRP block of google account, would you tell me how can i fix this problem? If you do not know how to write on google FRP google account, this device has been reset, if anyone knows how to fix the problem write it here too thanks
