V3.03_20160804

My UMI Super Euro edition runs firmware V3.03_20160804 but I see several updates for Super firmware V3.02. Can someone explain the difference between these versions ?
I don't see information about V3.03 roms.

They include changelog since initial relase.

I have the same problem and have asked about this in multiple threads but no one can answer me, the changelog has no info about v3.03 firmware, i believe that this firmware is unique to the euro edition model, this creates the following question : if our phones do not update due to the fact that we have a bigger firmware version, will our phones update to Nougat when the time comes?

As of now i have received no updates to my phone which i have for 2 months now.

By my opinion those software which you have on your devices are just try ROMs.
If you want getting updates through to FOTA please use SPFT and update your phone to any umi super ROM.
But I would recommend you firstly use SPFT to read/copy you own ROM incase you want comeback as those ROMs are not available on forum.
Don't forget uncheck preloadee incase you have different tp drivers.

I have a very specific pm from bencebacsi that says and i quote "There are some ROMs with newer date stamps but I don't know about the existence of your ROM version. Until it's not cleared, I don't recommend you to install a newer ROM manually".

I can confirm that this guide will not work on my phone, i have a super euro edition and it seems that it is not the same phone as the standard super model, my phone is on v3.03_20160804 out of the box and as of now (i have the phone for 2 months now) i have received no updates at all and at the same time standard models have received 3 updates. Umi of course has provided no info on the subject and even the nougat update scheduled for december is not a certain update on my device. Can anyone give a hand over here? it seems unthinkable to me that a brand new phone is not getting any actual support from the manufacturer, i am overall quite pleased with my device setting aside 3 issues, 1. poor camera performance - 2. slightly low sensitivity on the touch screen (not a real issue but i have to mention it) - 3. and most importantly the lack of any serious kind of support.

Excellent, that seems a good enough explanation as any as for the touch screen, the point is that there shouldn't be a diiference in the firmware, euro editions have a different version out of the box (v3.03 instead of v3.02, the timestamp is irrelevant) and as a result the phones do not receive updates OTA as the rest devices, if the only solution is to downgrade the firmware in order to receives updates it does not work for me because i am unable to flash the latest version available for download, i might be doing something wrong but i'm pretty sure that i dont.
