Change of startup mode here is just temporary or permanent?

For the curious, I checked again what key combination I used:
In order to see this screen, you need to hold down the power and +volume button, when the phone is turned off. After a short while, release both buttons.

I noticed that in the UMI IRON (software version 1.5) applications do not close when I restart phone. It is possible to add clean phone restart option in the settings somewhere? Or... maybe somewhere it is now.

\n\nUnfortunately, I do not see this option there.
Interestingly search settings show that this option is available. Just as encryption, which also does not exist.

It seems to me that quick start was turned on by default with version 1.5 software for UMI IRON, although I could be wrong.

Unfortunately, there is no this option. At least in this version of the software.
