Umi Touch can't switch on...

Suddenly, my Umi Touch, shut down, and from that moment, vibrates (apparently tries to switch on), appears the logo, and nothing happens, until shut again. Since then, the phone itself try again and again to switch on without success.
I've tried to make Hard Reset, can open the menu, but then, I can not validate my choice.
Under warranty, but I've to sending it to China ...
Has anyone had this same problem? Can anyone help please?

If you mean you are having trouble validating your choice from the boot menu the UMi Touch is slightly different from most other Android devices. Samsung, Nexus etc you go to the boot/recovery menu using Power+Home+Volume Up buttons and select using Power button. UMi Touch is Power+Volume Up key and then select Recovery with the Volume Down key. Hope this helps.

Above is exactly the same problem that I have. I read in some other topics that this is quite common problem, has anyone found a solution?
Power+Volume Up key and then select Recovery with the Volume Down key DOES NOT HELP, unfortunately - meny with recovery, fast boot and a third option shows up, but none of these options does nothing (no further menu shows up after selecting fast boot or recovery, for example).

Ok, I tried the following two things for now:

1. Opening the phone, disconnecting battery, waiting few minutes, connecting battery back and closing the phone. In one of other threads, I read that for someone this helped, but it did NOT work for me...

2. Downloading the firmware "SP Flash Tool version of the v3.03-20160510 firmware for UMI Touch" in a thread from bencebacsi, and then I tried doing the full flashing of the phone. All looked OK, the phone was updating for 10minutes. At the end, SP Flash Tool said that the operation is finished successfully, but after that, the phone is STILL IN BOOT LOOP ????  

During the flashing, I "unticked" the option for flashing the PRELOADER, because in the SPFlashTool guide it was said to do so. So, now I have the phone freshly flashed, still not working (still boot loop)... maybe I should try doing the flash with "preloader" flashed too ?

Does anyone have some experience in this? Why the guide says to untick the preloader?

I did now also full flash - I used option "update firmware" which flashes also the preloader.
Unfortunately, no change - the phone is still in a boot loop.
After that, I went to a friend who somehow connected to the phone via ADB interface, and we saw that the communication with the phone from PC works OK, but other than that, we didn't find any way to revive the phone....

My phone is unusable for a full week now, and there is no way to get out of this "boot loop" issue
I will have to send the phone back to the seller, and after the repair I will probably put the phone on e-bay.
I'm very sad for that, because I liked the phone very much. Pity it's so unreliable.

Thank you all, for the answers, but it's no use.
I've tried everything, and finally realize that I've to send it to the seller.
It's very frustrating, because I love the phone, in my oppinion, one of the most beautifull on the market.
Hope the new one, doesn't have this type of problems...

i cant enter to recovery, and i cant boot
only umi logo showed on screen, and vibration after 20seconds of power buton pressed

Please flash you phone with latest ROM. Here you can find ROM, SPFT and drivers.

tried that 10 times, nothing works. only logo somtimes show. cant go to recovery or boot
