unable to activate guest account

Hi all,

It appears that my hammer s does not have the guest account option when you pull down the notifications, I can double tap on my proflie and this ismeant to open up the option of adding a guest account, however this does not happen. I only get my account details with no other option. Is this something Umi disabled? Or if not is there this option hidden in the settings menu?
