S2 Lite not working with official ROM

S2 Lite is not starting after flashing the official ROM. Getting stuck at boot screen.
Tried Customer ROM Lineage which is working but official ROM is not working.
Any solution please.

The phone is very unreliable, It is rebooting from time to time, without doing anything.
Also when I try to make any call, it reboots automatically so I can't make any normal call without being disrupted.
Currently running the latest official version UMIDIGI_S2_LITE_V1.0_20180920_20180920_1825

I can not use the phone as it should be, I am very unhappy with this phone.
The seller won't help me, they are only telling me to wait for an update this week... but this problem is already known for 2 months and still the same damn problems.
A building brick or blank sheet of paper is worth more than this S2 lite!

Never ever umidigi for me anymore, their customer support is nothing, they only look to make money, they are grabbing your money and don't ever look to you again.

SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!!!

And the promise it will get android 8....... don't talk about it,  a very unhappy customer... hope they won't delete this post, as I've seen before.............

Only thing I want now is to get my money back, thank you for your empty promises umidigi

Same issue with me also. It seems UMIDIGI is not a good product at all.
Also there is no Customer Support. I should not buy this bad quality phone.
Wrong decision.
I urge not to buy such a bad quality phones as they are not supporting the Customers for solving the problems.

My S2 Lite stuck to the logo ... If I try to find a device with cmd (fastboot) it is not recognized.
Any update.zip on sdcard cannot be installed because it says: Installation aborted ...I cannot install any version of ROM with SPFtool, because Windows cannot detect the device. I have all drivers instaled correctly.What should I do? I spent a lot of time (a few days) to fix it ...

Hoje em 06/05/2019...Umidigi S2 Lite continua reiniciando aleatóriamente e durante as ligações. Continuo sem nenhum Suporte, Continuo com android 7.0. Continuo me arrependendo dessa furada, ter comprado celular dessa empresa que não dá um posicionamento logo. CADÊ ATUALIZAÇÃO ANDROID 8.1 que prometeram na propaganda????
