Olá amigos, tive um S2 Lite que fechava os apps, mandei para a troca e recebi outro, porém o APP do Banco do Brasil não funcionou nos dois, já em outros aparelhos funciona, alguém pode me ajudar?

Where from you downloaded your bank app?
Please open your bank site and try login. If everything working then this can indicate that the bank not allowing your phone to use this app.
Then please contact to your bank IT support and ask for help.
Phone is certificated so there shouldn't be any problems.

My friend downloaded the App in the Play Store, last version, I went to the Bank and unlocked my smartphone as recommended, but when I put the Internet banking password it disappears and the BB message app stopped, open app again, consulting some Facebook groups I noticed that this happens only with S2 Lite, I already had the same model and the same thing happened.
Open play store and check in settings for device certification.
If is showing as not certificated please perform factory reset from settings and set smartphone as new device.
I do not even use the APP, certified mobile, app released by the bank, and nothing, talking to some users of the Umidigi Brazil group of Facebook informed me that the app does not work even on Umidigi S2 Lite.
