Today i got the new System Update.
does anyone successfully installed the new system update 7.0.027.P1.180201.S2Ppro.JJTX_YM_S2Pro_OE

i cleared cache and tried to install it already 5 times.. always fail...
any other ideas..?

aparently this update fails for EVERYBODY .... maybe someone of the moderators could try to explain WHY the OTA update fails repeatedly ???
actually, by pure coincidence I made a factory reset of my SP2 Pro for another reason. then i have checked if updates are available and found thisone, tried at least half a dozen times to update by OTA and also from the local ZIP-file.... without success, it keeps failing ALL THE TIME.
it is not normal to tell us that we shall flash a whole ROM, which means that the whole phone must be fully reconfigured from scratch....
please find out why it fails, something must be wrong with the file over OTA. repair it and then put it on OTA again. Thanks.

Isn't this the version already available?

You can use SPFT and flash this ROM which is including all repairing patches.

interesting... the download file is 1.68 GB
but the Phone Update shows me 25.4 MB !!!!

There is a big difference between update and ROM...

Yes. Latest Basic ROM contains all repairing patches. This is full complete ROM with removed some of unwanted apps also with possibilities of changing launcher.

Already tried to update while charging and cleaned catche, but device keeps failing while updating.

Please help!
