Hi community,
I send in a 3 weeks old Umidigi Z1 for replacement, delivery traking no available. Umi team is not reacting on Email since November 2017 an no replaced phone received

shit Servicve!!!

How can I get my phone back?

My case: usb type c broken

I ask to umidigi international: no answer to my question
I ask to umidigi Spain (two ticket): answer: we have not spare parts! (ridicoulus!)
I ask in the forum (all european forum): non answer for me
I ask in umidigi.eu (a loto of direct mail): answer: ask to Umidigi Spain!
I ask, again, in Umidigi Spain: no answer!

I write all, and repeat it here
