After the 7.1.1 update, bluetooth has been getting frequestly disconnected with headset. While there has been no OTA update in last 2 months, has anyone found a fixor solution for this perhaps through MTK engineering app.
I can't confirm your Bluetooth issues. Please use SPFT and flash complete ROM with firmware upgrade or perform factory reset.
Also please reset other Bluetooth device (radio, speaker) and check for updates.
same for me, forced me to stop using this phone in the car. this sucks, but if you clear the bttool cache (its a system app), restart the phone, it'll work until you disconnect and try again.

Hi guys! I'm having the same problem with the bluetooth connection with my car. During a call the connection keeps dropping and sometimes reconnecting. This is very annoying! This wasnt a problem before . Does anyone have a solution ?
update. I replaced my screen and did a full tear down and rebuild. since then. the Bluetooth has been working without issue. still have software issue with the speaker audio stops working after running for a few days that's fixed with a reboot that i can live with until i replace this thing.
If you're going to attempt the rebuild. The screen replace instructions on youtube are ok, keep in mind, that the person took apart some stuff before hand, so it's a bit more tricky removing the battery and a few other components. They also didn't mention that you have to glue the sides of the screen in.
The wi-fi disconnects randomly, usually within 2 mins, cannot find a solution, why do UMIDIGI not respond to what is clearly a common problem as this issue renders a quality product useless!
