This is the SP Flash Tool version of v3.01 firmware for

UMI Hammer S

Flash tool operation is recommended for advanced users only.

Do not use it if you cannot understand the whole process!

Installation with Flashtool:

ROM: UMI_HammerS_v3.01_20150915111603_ROOT.rar
Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6735M_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other elements.

SPFT: SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1548.rar

VCOM driver: Windows 10 can automatically install it. Please make sure that your Windows is logged in with administrator rights and your computer has a working internet connection when first time connecting your phone.

I was informed about that, the MIUI ROM development is in progress, so it will be released, but you must be patient for a while.

No, they are not available. You may try the database files available in the UMI Fair SPFT ROM. They're probably compatible.
